In collaboration with the Australian War Memorial and exhibition designers Culture Collective and Broadcast Design, Lightwell developed a series of multimedia productions for the Upper Anzac Hall Galleries: Australians in Bomber Command, Milne Bay, Sydney-Emden, Sydney Harbour Under Attack: 1942 and Kandahar Workhorse.
Productions include personal story interview pillars and a cross-gallery digital label system for the gallery showcases, collections and large technology objects.
Lightwell worked on this project for five years, from initial concept design workshops and multimedia documentation, through to filming, production, and final commissioning onsite. Throughout this process, we worked closely with the exhibition designers, curators, Memorial project team, architects, electricians, joinery teams, lighting designers, AV Systems and IT teams to bring this project together.
