We are a design studio on Gadigal land that makes digital experiences for museums and public spaces.
Our core team has more than 15 years’ experience in developing interactive exhibits, large-scale, multimedia installations and shows. We frequently manage and develop complex projects with multiple components and outputs, collaborating with architects, curators, exhibition designers, builders, hardware suppliers and community groups.
We shape content, we write, we draw, we take photos, we make video, we animate, we develop code - all these diverse in-house skills mean that we’re not reliant on outside contractors for the main building blocks of our productions. We can constantly update our productions throughout the design process, with no implications to the final production cost.
Lightwell acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands where we live and work across Australia, and we pay our respects to the First Nations Elders past, present and emerging.
