In collaboration with the Australian War Memorial and exhibition designers X Squared Design, Lightwell developed a series of multimedia productions for the Peacekeeping Gallery in the Memorial’s Anzac Hall.

Productions include a capacitive projection and multi-screen touchwall on the C-130 aircraft, multiple touchscreens (digital labels, map interfaces and video players), video interviews and one of our hardest edits - a long-format video on Rwanda featuring personal interviews from Australian peacekeepers and the incredible Frida Umuhoza.

Lightwell worked on this gallery for five years, from initial concept design workshops and multimedia documentation, through to filming, production, and final commissioning onsite. Throughout this process, we worked closely with the exhibition designers, curators, Memorial project team, architects, electricians, joinery teams, lighting designers, AV Systems and IT teams to bring this project together.
