We warrant our software for a period of 12 months from the project delivery/handover date. This is called the Defects Liability Period (DLP). The 12-month warranty covers all reasonable and reproducible software faults reported within this timeframe. Hardware, cabling or show control issues should be directed to the hardware supplier/installer for your project.
For arrangements beyond DLP, we offer per-hour maintenance rates as issues tend to vary depending on the hardware platform and software approach. A set number of hours of work can be agreed upon upfront depending on the complexity of the issue. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll send you our rate card.
